Support
Questions, bugs and account requests go to one address. The people who build steezr cloud read it.
support@steezr.comWe answer on Czech working days. steezr cloud is in beta, so there's no guaranteed response time.
What to put in a report
- Your organization, and the cluster and app it's about.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- When it happened, with the time zone.
- For
sclouderrors, the full output. Failed commands print dash's request id, and that id lets us find the request in our logs. - A screenshot, if it's something you saw in dash or the app. Add the app version from Settings → About in the iOS app.
Don't send secrets. Leave out config values, passwords, API tokens and database URLs. We never need them to help you.
Docs first
Most answers are in the docs inside dash:
Delete your account
- iOS app: Settings → Delete account.
- dash: Account → Delete account.
If you're the only owner of an organization, the deletion stops and names that organization. Make someone else an owner, or delete the organization first. An organization with clusters can't be deleted until its clusters are disconnected or destroyed.
Deleting your account removes your sign-in, linked GitHub, Google and Apple identities, tokens, devices and memberships. Organizations, apps and clusters stay, and so do audit log entries that record what you did in them. The privacy policy has the details.
You can also write to support@steezr.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
About the beta
steezr cloud is free during the beta. Your clusters run in your own Hetzner account, so Hetzner bills you for the servers you use. Features and limits can change while the beta runs. If something breaks or feels wrong, tell us.
The steezr Terms and Conditions apply. They give no uptime guarantee: steezr cloud is built to heal fast after a failure.
